Visa on arrival (VOA)

To get a visa on arrival is easy here in Bangladesh airports or land ports. The nationals of those countries where there is no diplomatic mission of Bangladesh can get visa on arrival. For the purpose of official duty, business, investment and tourism citizens of European countries, USA, Canada, Australia, Newzeland, Russia Federation, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain may issue visa on arrival. Bangladesh origin foreign nationals, their spouses and their offspring may get visa on arrival. Maximum duration for a visa is four weeks and flat fee for visa on arrival is 51 USD.

Transit visa

Transit visa is also available for the duration of maximum 72 hours or till the next available flight on request of the concerned carrier.

Visa extension

By applying to the Department of immigration and Authority in light of existing visa you can extend your visa.

Route Change

You can enter by air and leave by land or vice versa. For this practice, you don’t need any special permission. This task is very relaxed.
